Ideas to Help You On Your Weight Loss Journey


  • Take an honest look at your eating patterns and daily routine.  Begin writing a journal or diary with this information.  Include your thoughts about your day.  These can give you clues about your eating patterns.
  • Stay focused.  Don't beat yourself up when you occasionally get off track.  It's not the end of the world.  You're learning - remember that! 
  • Count calories (if it goes into your mouth, count it). 
  • Don't be obsessed with weighing yourself every day.
  • Get active and stay active.  Be innovative.  Try new things.  Take time to play.
